Enhancing Resilience & Wellbeing
in Australian schools

In a busy world we often forge ahead and forget to check in with our mental health.

Let's talk school staff wellbeing

Let's Talk School Staff Wellbeing

This comprehensive program aims to assist leaders and teachers to cope with the pressures of working in Australian schools.  Stress and burnout amongst women in Australian schools is at epidemic proportions.  School staff invest themselves emotionally in the lives of the people they come into contact with in schools. Staff need strategies and support to deal with the emotional overload of life in an Australian school.
