Empowerment and Resilience in the school office.
Big Training Day - Term 2
7Don't be left out on the biggest training day on the Australian school calendar. The first day back at school in term two is traditionally the biggest staff training day of the year.
MONED have released several modules from the School Office Wellness Program and made them available to every school office staff member in an Australian school. You can spend several hours immersing yourself in empowering and resilience building training without cost to your school.
The theme for the Big Training Day 2016 is Empowerment and Reliance in the school office.
When you ask your staff to attend a meeting or complete a task, do they snap into action, or do their eyes seem to glaze over the moment you make a request? Motivated and engaged office staff enjoy their work and create an infectious and happy atmosphere. When employees feel motivated to participate in the workplace, productivity rises and absenteeism falls. Their enthusiasm has a big impact on everyone in your school.

Your FREE Big Training Day program is a small part of the School Office Wellness program. This collection of resources is suited to group or individual study. If you wish to present the modules as formal training situations then please review the presenter notes that accompany the program. Many participants will prefer to read through the modules and answer the questions at the end.
As a group you may prefer to go through the flip books together to reflect and discuss the situations raised. There is no particular order in which the modules should be undertaken. You may discuss which units to group together with your colleagues. Delight in your personal reflection of your favourite Resilience and Empowerment Cards To learn more about receiving the entire School Office Wellness Program on a 14 days trial basis visit School Office Wellness Program Say hello and maybe thank youThis offer represents a major donation by MONED back to Australian schools.
