The Building a Cohesive School Office Team - Working Smarter Together program has been delivered to school administrative groups throughout NSW, Victoria and Queensland.  
It can be delivered within your school or to a regional or cluster of schools.  The workshop usually runs for three hours.
In a workshop situation the organisers work with Michael Auden to create a program to suit the collective needs of their audience.  Start by selecting a dozen units from the 30 available modules.  These will then become the main focus of the Working Smarter Together workshop.  
These workshops are energetic, interactive, challenging, inspiring and fun.  Michael's presentation style is engaging, informative and responsive to the participants needs.
The fee for delivering a Working Smarter Together in your school or region is $1500.  Travel and accommodation are added for areas outside of Melbourne.
