School Ambassador Training
Can school spirit be used to engage students, teachers, parents and the community?
- Teachers who are engaged with school spirit become ambassadors for their school.
- Parents engaged with school spirit become advocates for your school.
- Students engaged with school spirit become champions for your school.
- When the community is engaged with your school spirit they become supports of your school.
- The School Spirit Program has grown out of the highly successful School Ambassador Training Program delivered to school staff rooms in NSW and Queensland in 2015.
The School Spirit Program provides schools with a foundation for greatly improving the relationship between your school and all of its customers - from teachers and students, to parents and administrative staff to the broader community.

Winning hearts & minds
Your teaching staff are the front line of your school’s image and reputation. Creating a collegial approach to improving your school’s image through active teacher commitment is a strong starting point for any program to improver the public perception of your school.
Go Forth ~ Be Visible
Teachers are important ambassadors for their classroom, their colleagues, their school, and the education profession. As a school employee, wherever you go, whatever you do, how you dress, how you speak, what you say — 24 hours every day — you are an ambassador for your school.
Being a visible symbol for education is a big responsibility. Assume the responsibility and you positively impact perceptions of your classroom, your colleagues, your school, and the education profession.
